14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unused

Uninstalled

In original packaging

Complete with all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and transport regulations, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

Batteries that have been installed or used

Batteries with opened or damaged packaging

Lithium batteries once unsealed

Special-order or custom products

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

Faulty

Damaged in transit

Incorrectly supplied

We will offer:

A replacement or

A full refund (including return postage)

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Email support@thebattery.shop with your order number

2. We will provide return instructions

3. Securely package the item and return it

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind returns: customer pays return postage

Faulty or incorrect items: we cover all return costs

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
