Note: We are based in Northern Ireland, however due to the Royal Mail restrictions on flight of all batteries all units are required to purchase Hermes delivery which can take a little longer but WILL arrive this is quite an expensive level of delivery.

Dispatch: We will dispatch within 2 days of order normally sooner, but this is a part time business and at times i cannot do daily runs and weekends are excluded.
Royal Mail. This service is for BT postcodes only as we are based in Northern Ireland aiming for next day service sometimes can take up to 3-4 working days. For all other locations within the United Kingdom we use MY Hermes and this can at times take up to 3-5 days due to being a battery product. Sometimes Hermes tracking can be a little slow on updating their records so please remain patient.
Over Seas Shipping: We only ship to Ireland and all parts of the UK Due to constraints in battery deliveries via flight. Jersey and Channel Islands are now excluded due to non delivery issues.
Dispatch: All items purchased are picked, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase with the exclusions of Sundays and Bank holidays due to postal service limitations - we will notify you of any delay processing your order.
Delivery: All UK delivery use 1st class Royal Mail Unfortunately from time to time packages do get lost or delayed, Royal Mail won't class any item as missing until 14 working days (UK) has passed. If the package is lost or delayed a new item will be posted out, if the item is no longer available a full refund will be issued Please note: We always claim for losses from Royal Mail. Royal Mail won't tolerate abuse of the postal system. If you cannot receive this item through Royal Mail please contact us first.

Before use: For the new battery, we suggest that all of our customer should fully charge it using the AC power adapter, because the capacity requirement will strain out by inner PCB circuit. In order to protect your battery life, you can full charge to 100% and drain to 1% 2 times. Charge the battery regularly, at least once a month.
